Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the website without the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Program registration or participation information concerning a child should be submitted by, or with the documented permission of, the childs parent or legal guardian.

If AFARY learns that personal information was collected online from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, AFARY will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents or guardians may contact AFARY to review, correct, or request deletion of information concerning their child.
